I have a copy of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 on disc which I have installed onto a new computer running Windows While photoshop runs, and premiere stated a successful install I have been unable to open the editor for premiere and with this I have unsuccessfully tried running in compatibility mode and as administrator but with no success.Īlso of note, it states that the program is native 64 bit but seems to have installed as 32 bit.
